Act 46 is the Vermont State Law which forced consolidation in school districts throughout the state. An informational meeting was held at the Sunderland Elementary School and the handouts can be found below.

ACT 46 UPDATE
The school district merger has been completed and the Taconic and Green Regional School District has been formed as a result. The merged district is comprised of the towns of Danby, Dorset, Landgrove, Londonderry, Manchester, Mount Tabor, Peru, Sunderland and Weston. The district is part of the Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union (BRSU).
